Teen Art Contest
Submit your own original artwork for this year's Summer Reading Teen Program. The slogan for 2013 is Beneath the Surface. A 1st place winner as well as 3 runners up will be chosen and prizes will be awarded. Winning artwork will be displayed at Blackshear Place Library for the duration of summer reading. Entries can be dropped off at any Hall County Library branch by April 30th 2013. Winners will be announced May 3, 2013.
